Preface: I have an article in here and I hope that America will realize that a potentially-huge problem might arise if this would not be curbed at the soonest possible time If not for celebrities and their recent brushes with the law, the average American would not be totally aware that this problem, instead of being controlled, has blown out of proportions. Comparing this problem last year to what had happened in 2005, some 6.25 percent more cases has been made regarding this ever-ballooning problem. If not for Paris Hilton and a host of other celebrities, driving under influence (DUI) or drunk driving would not have been a serious matter.

Attention: My purpose for writing this article is to sow concern to all readers regarding one concern that has been plaguing the country today If not for celebrities and their recent brushes with the law, the average American would not be totally aware that this problem, instead of being controlled, has blown out of proportions. This problem has made an increase of 6.25% in terms of reported fatalities. Thanks to the recently-freed Paris Hilton, DUI or drunk driving would not have been a national issue.
